Number of participants
Up to ten people can participate in the training. This number is the maximum size of a Scrum team.
Training scope
The training is scheduled for three days, each with four hours.
Training location
The training takes place on site in our rooms in Magdeburg or online. However, we recommend training in presence.
Training language
We offer training in both German and English.

Our approach
Practice before theory
Our focus is on the practical application of agile methods. Therefore, we use it directly with you together with a specific example from your company. As a basis, we also provide you with the theoretical basics.
Small units
You can sit in a training course for eight hours and be trickled. But you don’t have to! We prefer to distribute shorter units from four hours to three days. This increases concentration and fun.
Real solutions
You have a homework before the training: Bring an important and urgent topic from your company. We are happy to help you choose the topic. We work on the topic together, agilely, of course.
Side by side
In the last training unit, we will look together with you how you can integrate what you have learned specifically into your everyday business. And because we know that questions will come up later, we will continue to stay at your side with coaching after the training.
