The process itself is first derived using a qualitative approach by conducting an interview and by using the author’s personal experience. Then the modeled process is used to design a tool, which will facilitate the team event organization. To show that the design is applicable, an example implementation of the tool in Odoo is applied. At the end, the tool is evaluated by conducting another interview. The results show that the tool improves the process of team event organization and thus brought it one step further.
