In coor perception with the Otto-von-Guericke University of Magdeburg and the University of Leipzig, we conduct research on practice-related topics. We establish a close relationship between the customers we manage and science. We are firmly convinced that only when research and companies work together can practice relevance and cutting-edge technology arise. That's why we invest in research! Empirical research in applied computer science
We design, develop, maintain and operate complex application systems to support the business processes of our predominantly medium-sized customer base. With a colourful team of computer science specialists, mathematics specialists, data and knowledge engineers, business informatics specialists, business managers and engineers from different cultures, we rely on interdisciplinarity.
Applied computer science, as we operate it, does not fulfil any end in itself, but serves to provide the best possible support for existing and the development of new, improved business processes, as well as the creation of entirely new business models. Because the applied computer science is driven by fashions and so-called buzzwords, the research area is of great importance in our company. Only with the help of recognised and proven research methods can comprehensive improvement potential be determined and ultimately used and implemented in a targeted manner. For this reason, we consistently use analytical and constructivist research methodology in both practical industrial projects and in funded research projects.

The connection counts
In addition, we train our future specialists and managers in cooperation with our research partner, the Otto von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, who are already completing our studies at an early stage, leading them closer to projects and thus creating the connection between university teaching, research and practice. Our employees often start early while they are studying as a work student in our company. We accompany and supervise the employees of tomorrow during their studies, during their studies and during their career.

With our proximity to research, we ensure that we can always compare our own experiences with scientific research and combine the best of both worlds. We are firmly convinced that pragmatic action must always be carried out as a conscious balancing of goods and should not be favoured by pure ignorance of scientific-analytical methodology. Likewise, we believe that the desire to question the right things in a suitable way will strengthen not only our competitiveness, but also the competitiveness of our customers.
